This Weekend, Homes Open across North Texas
October 13th, 2015 | by Michelle
This Sunday, neighborhoods across North Texas will be filled with people finding their perfect new home—just in time for cool fall evenings and traditional holiday gatherings.
Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty is opening doors throughout the Metroplex on Oct. 18, allowing potential buyers to tour spectacular homes in every community, from Frisco to Fort Worth, Colleyville to Highland Park, Lakewood to Uptown.
The Fall Open House Tour, which will take place on Sunday afternoon, will include almost 100 homes and feature agents available to answer questions about design, neighborhood comparable sales prices, nearby schools and more.
Right now, year-over-year home price gains throughout North Texas are among the highest in the U.S., only trailing behind San Francisco and Denver according to information provided by the Standard & Poor’s/Case Shiller Home Price Index.
High demand is also making for a fast-moving market. Pre-owned homes across the area are selling in an average of 38 days say numbers provided by NTREIS. Buy now, and you could be celebrating the holidays in a new home.
