Luxury high-rise living doesn’t have to happen in an urban setting. In North Texas, it’s a new option on Lake Grapevine – and it’s surrounded by beautiful views and natural vistas.

A unique new high-rise project on the North Shore of Lake Grapevine will offer beautiful views, first-class amenities and a luxury lifestyle. The project is being developed by Realty Capital Management and sold and marketed by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Party Line Real Estate, hosted by Candy Evans, filmed its latest webisode at The Lakeside Tower site – and got a glimpse of what’s in store.

“It is going to be a total game-changer for real estate in this area, and it is going to be a really splendid living experience,” Evans said.

The 15-story Lakeside Tower will include 48 condominium residences – all with sweeping views of Lake Grapevine. The Lakeside Tower is part of Lakeside DFW, a 150-acre urban-style mixed-use development of shops, restaurants, entertainment and offices.

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty associates Nicole Smith and Lea Anne Laughlin are the exclusive agents representing The Lakeside Towers.

The Lakeside Tower has attracted the attention of many buyers who are empty-nesters and looking for a maintenance-free lifestyle with luxury amenities within the community they have been a part of for years.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to introduce our clients to new luxury homes in a vertical neighborhood in a wonderful area,” said Robbie Briggs, President and CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. “More people are looking for the security of luxury lock-and-leave homes – and this project delivers in such a wonderful setting.”

Residents can choose among five floorplans ranging from 1,345 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths, to 5,726 square feet with four bedrooms and four and one-half baths. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to expansive balconies in each home with spectacular views of the 8,000-acre lake.

“Many of the people who have made reservations for homes at The Lakeside Tower have raised their children here, love the area and need to be near the airport,” said Richard Myers, Managing Partner of Realty Capital Management. “This is the first luxury high-rise project in the area that offers what they want.”

The Lakeside Tower amenities include a full-time concierge, valet, on-site spa and guest suites; resort-sized pool with cabanas, hot tub, firepits and outdoor kitchens; state-of-the-art gym, yoga/Pilates studios, wine cellar with private dining and elegant lounge areas; assigned garage parking, private garages and storage rooms.

Residents can take a stroll on the boardwalk to the urban-style setting of Lakeside DFW to enjoy their favorite restaurants, shopping, music in the plaza or a romantic picnic in the park.  The Shops at Lakeside include Carvao Prime Brazilian Steakhouse, the Moviehouse & Eatery, Bottle & Bottega, Amber Michelle Salon, The Lodge Barbershop, Majestic Nails as well as other shops and services.  The Shops will welcome Taverna del Lago, Paradise Bistro, Epic Gelato, Starbucks and a host of other retailers very soon.

Residents also have ready access to area amenities including close proximity to DFW International Airport, championship golf and just minutes to the trails, parks and marinas surrounding Lake Grapevine.

The Lakeside Tower is opening in spring 2017.
